Welcome to RestEase. We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process, delivery timelines, and order handling procedures.

Shipping Locations

At this time, RestEase ships to customers within:

  • United States

If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at ray@restease.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

RestEase is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
